2012-12-02 Limos-black cars in residential neighborhood even when they get free parking
Limos-black cars were given “free parking” from 6th Ave to Vanderbilt on S side of Atlantic & the Limos-black cars still refuse to park there.
Note: driver in video parked their car @ NW corner of Pacific & Carlton & then left their car.
