Sorry for the combined complaint, but only took a 10 minute walk around the area....
All these on 5th were parked in No Parking or bus stops or hydrants.
at 41 , in the bus stop, a yellow school bus frmo the Service Bus company was parked, no driver.
Two cars in the No Parking zone at 70
Idling in crosswalk at 50
