70 Fifth Avenue: Chops to police - 2 cars parked in no parking zone with tickets.
53 Fifth Avenue: black stretch limo pared at hydrant license number 102414 C also white Denali GMC idling behind it.
429 Bergen Street: black Honda sedan parked in bus stop
446 C Dean Street 2 cars parked in no standing zone 1 is a white Lexus 1 is a small black sedan. BRAVO 78 -- both ticketed (at 8:40 PM - will they be towed?)
578 Pacific street black suburban limo parked at hydrant license T626126 C
GARBAGE:
Crowd of disturbingly underclad young people (it is cold out) finishing last minute drinks have deposited cans and bottles along Flatbush between Pacific and 5th at the light poles and tree. Photo of largest shrine at Pacific and Flatbush crosswalk. Photo at 9:20PM as crowd is just arriving. Note that litter basket on West side of 5th at FB is almost overflowing but can at Dean and FB is almost totally empty.
did observe more garbage be put in can at fifth and Flatbush uh beyond capacity and can and Dean Flatbush virtually empty.

Parking update
NOTE that all 311 calls were responded to quickly and in several cases summonses were issued, in others, the police took action to remedy the situation or the cars had moved on their own.
