39 Fifth Avenue fire hydrant: another Mercedes idling FBK 3162
446C Dean Street in no standing any time zone: 2 black limos parked Lincoln sedan New York livery lincence 18390 LV and black Cadillac Escalade license T 6330 47 C
472 Bergen Street no parking zone: two limousines, 1 sedan
