Truck forced to back down Dean Street into Vanderbilt intersection

A truck related to one of the businesses on Dean Street was forced to back half a block down Dean Street into the Vanderbilt AVenue intersection.  Ultimately it backed into the south bound lanes of Vanderbilt.  
The truck appeared to be picking up a container from a commercial building mid-block on Dean Street.  I think the container was construction debris.  The truck pulled out into Dean Street using a break in the construction fence, then backed up into the street the wrong way.  It then backed all the way up the street into Vanderbilt intersection.  
It definitely wasn't a safe way to go about things.  Traffic, including a public bus, had backed up so they may have felt pressed to act.
