I've attached a photo of a truck passing through Dean Street. It was moving quickly. A "No Truck" sign for Dean Street is pivoted so that it appears to ban trucks moving north on 6th Avenue from Dean Street.
I did not call 311 because the incident is dated and no immediate response is necessary. DOT is aware the sign is incorrectly positioned.
