Corporate Bus idling at bus stop

2nd day in row same bus is parked & idling at the bus stop for more than 1/2 hour. When I took this picture today the driver came out and tried to take my phone.

This incident is related to 1791. The ticket is being left open in the event there is further response from NYCDOT or the NYPD 78th Precinct.
