Here is a report from the same resident who forwarded the information that formed the catalyst for the closed/resolved AYW incident report #http://www.atlanticyardswatch.net/node/1798.
"I heard 2 or 3 more of those roaring vehicles around 130-200 this morning FYI. I never made it to the window in time to see what they were exactly."
Attached is a snapshot of an instagram that shows a truck that is reported as arriving on Pacific Street between 1 and 2 am and remaining on site until at least 5 am. This type of truck, (basically a container truck for garbage), is reportedly used by both Barclays Center and the construction contractors and is often passing through the neighborhood early in the morning. The route that has been described to me is Dean to Carlton to Pacific.
Could this be the source of the problem in http://www.atlanticyardswatch.net/node/1798?
Can the State please spell out what the protocol is for construction or operational vehicles associated with the project that arrive too early to be received? What is the consequence if this protocol is not kept?

Obviously, if the truck route described is accurate, this is not just a problem with the time trucks arrive, but also with an illegal truck route.
