Very effective traffic enforcement due to extra effort by NYPD during first playoff game for Islanders. Five illegally parked cars reported to 311 at 8PM, all of which had tickets later on. Chops to PD.
Weird problem with 311: All responses listed as "No evidence of violation at that time" even though cars were still in bus stop or in No Standing zones, etc. and with tickets. This may skew the statistics.
