A full nine cars on either side of Dean St, mostly idling in the NO STOPPING zone and some parked in the NO STANDING zone. Traffic compromised.
Bus stops on 5th Ave, Flatbush, and two on Bergen all either totally or partially blocked by idling and parked cars.

Several cars parked, others idling at hydrants.
None ticketed. All reported to 311.
