late night jackhammering 09-01-11

overnight jackhammering by two different teams. no sound attenuation used. work begins roughly at 11:00pm and ends at 5:00am. this has been ongoing and is affecting local residents' ability to sleep.

We do see the severity of the issue regarding this issue. Hopefully, this sense of urgency can lead to possible mitigation measures.
