This is an ongoing problem that started over a year ago. The time isn't always consistent so it's hard to predict, but I captured it on video back when it started, but I don't think I can post this file here due to size. It's a very loud tractor that moves around the block at all hours including early mornings, weekends, late nights.

The filer supplied this video by email. It is from a year ago and shows the same noise source. "This is one of the awful sounds, and it is literally right behind the window."

We do see the severity of the issue regarding this issue. Please also refer to the forum board http://www.atlanticyardswatch.net/node/319 as we are trying to create greater awareness regarding this issue and other similar cases. Hopefully, this sense of urgency can lead to possible mitigation measures.
