Late night staging area noise

Around 1:00 am I was woken up by the beeping of a truck backing up to what appeared to be flatbeds loaded with equipment in block 1129.  It continued for some time.  The specific staging area was mid-block.  I believe it serves the arena.

The beeping was loud enough to wake me up in my bedroom which faces the back of the building.
