Nighttime noise

I was woken up in the middle of the night to large clanging noises, as if a big metal container was being dropped onto concrete repeatedly. I heard truck noises - beeping and motors operating.

We do see the severity of the issue regarding this issue.  Please also refer to the forum board http://www.atlanticyardswatch.net/node/319 as we are trying to create greater awareness regarding this issue and other similar cases.  Hopefully, this sense of urgency can lead to possible mitigation measures.
