Barclays Arena construction truck creating very hazardous condition by parking & blocking traffic on Public Street Atlantic Ave at 4:50pm rush hour - Official flaggers fail to control Barclays Arena construction trucks creating very hazardous condition blocking (by parking) entire lane (Public Street) of only a two lane roadway in an already highly congested traffic area while illegally idling.
