2012-04-14 DEP closes Pacific St from Carlton to 6th for over 8 hours with no notice to community for non-emergency work
DEP closes Pacific St from Carlton Ave to 6th Ave for over 8 hours on a Saturday with no notice to community for non-emergency work to ‘raise height’ & to cement in around hydrant. 311 would no log my call, they said there we no categories for this type of complaint.
