78th Precinct employee parking on Bergen sidewalk creates security concern

I was walking from the store last week and someone came from the side of the van and frightened me. By the vehicles being parked on the side walk, gives pedestrians little vision to see who's approaching from other side of the vans, this dangerous. I lived here for 40 years and never have l felt insecure about walking in my neighborhood.  I have made a complaint to 311 regarding space to walk along the sidewalk.
