2012-06-02 Renewed illegal changing of parking signs around the Barclays Arena on Dean St still not fixed, from previously reported http://www.atlanticyardswatch.net/node/657& 311 report # C-1-1-745670802 Barclays Arena on Dean St from Carlton Ave to Vanderbilt is alt side parking 11:30a~1p M/T/T/F - the last sign on north side of Dean St has been changed to 8:30a~10a illegally changed sign to confuse agents while residents still get tickets.
