2012-06-10 Sunday night 8pm rail yard work for Barclay’s arena egregiously violations the EIS & NYC Air Quality standards, on a Sunday almost all day & the last video @ 8pm @ night shows track cleaning equipment creating dust bowl that drifts into the surrounding residential neighbors with no air monitors. No dust suppression in rail yard work for Barclay’s arena violates the EIS & NYC Air Quality standards and ESDC’s & FCR’s continued failure to monitor to ‘prevent’ ongoing quality of life issues including air quality. Barclays Arena-LIRR rail yard work creates a daily relentless barrage of billowing dust into residential neighborhood even @ night.
