2012-08-10 HDP parking lot adds to rat infestation problem
The HDP parking lot directly across from 535 Dean St continues to plague the community & diminishes efforts to reduce the rat infestation problems, unkempt tree beds are a disaster and encouraging the rats. This only lessens the efforts by the community & FCRC (FCR performs trash removal on N-side on Pacific St only) rat abatement. This is an ongoing problem!!
