2012-08-17 Barclays Arena LIRR construction worker drives on sidewalk & parks close to children & have a chat with another worker @ the hectic very narrow Carlton & Pacific intersection, this was near lunch time.
Pictures show how crowded this corner is when construction requires the need to block the intersection & having illegally park construction cars when ‘official’ equipment can’t use the area. Biker has issues with no one controlling traffic & congestion.
