WHite stretch limo parked in front of apartment building blocking crosswalk and more. Driver said he parked nearby last night as well. Most interesting is that he regretted that Barclays did not have a limo parking lot like they do at the Meadowlands. Charge there is $50, apparently not a problem for his clients.
We should do the same.
