2012-09-30 Modell's & PC Richards blasting music in support of Barclays the Modell's staff said when he handed out a "buy a Brooklyn Nets jersey & get a free tee!!" (see attached pictures of flyer & staff passing out flyers @ 6th & Dean) Did they get a sound permit? 5 speakers on top of building directed towards the Barclays Arena; music traveling as far as 5th Ave & Flatbush.
