Note that 311 operator took this as the third of three complaints. It took just under 4 minutes.
I asked if all complaints could be linked to Barclays Center. He checked (with me on hold) and came back to say "no."
All told, three complaints -- all about the same thing, but with 3 addresses, took 16 minutes.
