39 5th Avenue, idling limo at hydrant and busstop (3 strikes!) Lic. FCS 975.
Note that complaint went to 311 DEP operator who was totally helpful; idling cars are reported to the DEP as an air quality issue. ONce done with this report, she filed another one for the parking aspect (C1-1-792 720 129)
