Bieber fans chase bus down residential street
Hundreds of fans gathered near the loading dock and on the public sidewalks on Dean Street near Barclays Center chased a tour bus they believed had Justin Bieber in it down residential Dean Street. The bus eventually came to a stop near Dean Playground. From my vantage point I could not tell if the bus stopped because fans got in front of it or because the bus stopped to let fans catch up to it.
bass sound felt inside house with closed windows
Disturbed by bass sound from SEnsation show at arena up to and including 1:45AM through CLOSED storm and inner windows in 2nd floor bedroom.
311 operator thought this had to be reported to "88th" precinct, and I tried to correct her unsuccessfully.
Bass sound and vibrations
Can hear and feel bass from Sensation show at corner of St. Marks and 5th, and can hear it inside our home with window closed.
Totally unacceptable, annoying, upsetting.
Loud and Late
Loud, wall shaking noise from event at arena.
Loud dance music - bass and bass drum
incredibly disturbing dance music that was so loud my noise machine and pillow on my head couldn't block it out. Even more disturbing was the stop/start nature of the noise. I couldn't believe how late this was going on. This was the first event that could be heard in our building, 212 S. Oxford St (at Atlantic.) This building has over 100 kids in it. This cannot be repeated...worse than the 24 hour work permit that we suffered through.
Bass noise very late
Bass was worst yet from Sensation show. 311 did take the report and someone from the 88th called at 1:30 to say it was the Arena, and it was really shaking the precinct house, but there was nothing they could do about it. The officer did tell me that there was another show tonight.
Incessant Bass
Incessant bass from Sensation show from 9pm to time of report at 12:41.
4 tour buses apparently idle in "pad" all day
I was told buses were idling in the pad one hour before I arrived. Indeed, when I arrived they were all idling. I was told they have been there all day, and idling all day.
It is unclear why any vehicles are allowed in this location. They appeared to be tour buses for Rush. These buses were parked at grade with their headlights facing out. They were idling. They were parked directly across from residences.
For last Babs concert Pacific Street was congested and arena patrons lined up outside 700 Pacific Street garage
The following link is to a video showing how at the end of Barbra Streisand's concert Pacific Street between 6th and Carlton Avenues was clogged by traffic. At the same time a long line of lively arena patrons gathered outside 700 Pacific Street to retrieve their cars from the garage.

Loading dock operations spread out to "pad,""uplink broadcast lot and Dean Street
As far as I can tell, for nearly every arena event the operations of the loading dock, and of arena operations generally, has been spread out into the at-grade areas called the "pad" next to the loading dock, the satellite broadcast uplink parking lot and often Dean Street between 6th Avenue and 6th Avenue.
