2014-02-19 Ringling Bros illegally park circus trailers around Barclays neighborhood
2014-02-19 Ringling Bros illegally park trailers in bus zones, block traffic, red zone & on bridges causing pedestrians to walk into the street traffic to wait for bus stop.
1) Illegally parking trailers on 6th Ave between Dean St and Atlantic Ave including blocking the bridge causing NB traffic to transverse into oncoming motor traffic.
These are the pictures that did not load last night.
During the Marc Anthony concert, within a 5 minute period, over a dozen (but for two) illegally parked cars were found on and near one block.
7 cars parked in No Parking zone on 472-480 Bergen (in front of Bark and Pintchik's). See photo

470 Bergen to corner of Flabush (in front of Pintchik's, Bark, and Gorilla) four sedans parked in No Parking Zone.
During Nets game.
3 rather large limos parked in No Parking zone at 440 Bergen (Melt Restaurant; turning lane). Drivers hanging out waiting for Barclays clients at Beyoncé concert happilly said they were there because "it sure beats paying $40 for a parking lot!"
Also two parked in bus stop across the street and in No Standing zone at 446C Dean.
THis was not a survey but only a list of the cars found in a 5 minute interval in that area.
All the usual spots. All parked there all during the BEyonce concert at Barclays.
4 Sedans parked in clearly marked "No Parking Anytime" zone since 7:45PM. That's almost 3 hours. THese are presumed to be customers of Woodland Restaurant, but not certain.
Workers wearing "Mobile Valet" uniforms are running a valet parking service on the pad. The area was never specified as parking for anyone at grade, but most particularly not arena patrons. If it is not patrons, who is it?
To my eyes, one car appears to extend out into the public sidewalk.

may be idling.
