2014-06-16 B2 Mod blocks bike & left turn lane creating new hazardous traffic pattern change no warning -
Unistalled B2 mod blocks left NB 6th Ave turn and high traffic bike commuting lane; bikers must egress into car traffic; no warning signs in advance to warn drivers or cyclists that a new hazardous traffic pattern change! This is already a highly congested traffic area. 1 cyclists was so confused he crossed over to the side of Dean St that is not marked bike lane. (see picture) This is @ the peak traffic time.
Do they have or need a permit to park like this overnight?
