Noise from idling truck woke me up at 3 am at 532 Carlton. I called 311. I went outside but could not see truck on Carlton. The sound was greatly reduced when downstairs, which made me think it was behind. My 3rd floor windows are not blocked by the wall and the sound carries well into them. Also, I could see flashing lights in the construction zone from my window.
