Luxury charter bus idling in bus stop for over half-over

Hampton Luxury Liner charter bus sat idling for over a half-over under our windows on night of an Islander's game, lots of noise due to idling and traffic/bus stop blocked. 311 followed up some hours later that the problem was resolved.
