Atlantic Yards dump truck exceeds idling 3 min limit (more like 25 min) & double parks on Atlantic Ave blocking traffic & not in staging area, appeared lost after driving around neighborhood several times. When trucker drove thru the 1st time why didn't the flagger @ Carlton Ave & Pacific St give proper directions/instructions to entrance location @ 718 Atlantic Ave gate?
