FCR workers turns non-designated Public St corner into potential dangerous staging area for deliveries again

There are no flaggers, no traffic control to help pedestrians navigate this dense amount of traffic.

If these flatbed tractor trailer trucks were not illegally idling & parked in the incoming traffic lane blocking the LIRR entrance & in the staging area it may alleviate such extreme traffic dangers to local residents. Also note the amount of dust @ 4:18.

Mother with baby stroller attempts to navigate a treacherous arena area today; (starts @ 4:59) while steel delivery trucks que & idle for hours unsupervised on Pacific St between 6thAve & Carlton Ave when a woman has to change direction because the tractor starts to advance and then stops and @ 5:27 a van that has been parking in the closed section of Pacific St (bet Carlton & Vanderbilt) fails to stop @ the “stop here on red light” traffic sign and encroaches dangerously close into the path of the baby & woman.  The blue/green tractor trailer parked & idled for more than 2 hours.  The NYCDOT has failed to reinstall all of the traffic signs & crash barrier that can be seen in the video and their failure helps confuse all traffic & allows Atlantic Yards workers to keep using the area.
