2011-11-28 Speeding Arena trucks blast thru residential area creating A DUST BOWL residents complain, staging area's street is not swept.
3 residents witnessed that none of the trucks all day EVER stopped or was controlled by the official staging flagger stationed @ Carlton Ave & Pacific St.
