What appears to be highly explosive propane cylinders in back of arena contractor’s pickup truck parked across from a 171 unit residential building, if they are propane cylinders, then why is there a need to bring commercial hazardous materials like highly explosive propane cylinders unnecessarily within a residential neighborhood footprint?

Why aren’t the Barclay's arena contractors using the official staging area on Pacific St between Vanderbilt Ave & Carlton Ave or why are they not in the confines of the arena footprint? If these are propane cylinders; why are they leaving them unattended in a residential neighborhood in the back of a tarp covered pickup truck that anyone could steal? This makes an "attractive nuisance" for children & thieves.
