2012-03-09 Barclays Arena LIRR rail yard construction workers create their own new 'free parking' corridor in Ft Greene on Carlton Ave starting at the north east and north west corners of Atlantic Ave going north approximately 6~8 spaces on each side of Carlton by covering and uncovering temporary construction no parking signs.
Untended consequences spread via Barclays Arena construction LIRR workers that resort to changing parking regulations so they can park for free. Temporary construction no parking are ‘covered’ so traffic agents will not give a parking summons.
