2012-05-29 Hazardous waste ‘black water tanks’ discarded & left open near residents on Carlton Ave

Hazardous waste ‘black water tanks’ left near the sidewalk across from residents on Carlton Ave, probably removed and discarded on block 1129 from the trailers that were parked there. Black water tanks hold human & other vile waste. The pictures clearly show that the tanks have materials in them almost half full and piping are uncapped.
