Unbearable 24-hour/7-day construction noise and disruptions

There are more incident reports- but this is one of the report numbers-- this has become unbearable, we cannot sleep one single night for the past 3 weeks.
Tractors backing up and beeping at every minute of day and night. I cannot work from home doing recordings as I usually do, losing time and money, and sleep over and over--
Forest City Ratner Companies/ Greenland / Pacific Park simply ignores Atlantic Terrace-- an 80-family building facing the intersection of 6th Avenue and Atlantic Avenue.

Extraordinarily heavy traffic (because of closed streets nearby, for All-Star Game) all evening and is jammed now so that the block does not 'clear' at the green light. Don't know about other streets.

Vandalized construction wall lights Carlton Ave

A resident asked me to post this:
2 black about 15 y old youngsters ripped off the yellow lights from the green wall on Carlton.
1 of these blinking yellow lights is still sitting on top of a iron pipe, maybe the police could finger print it. 530 Carlton
This can create a very dangerous street situation.

Light from Barclays Center Parking Lot Floods My Apartment and Bedroom

A new light has been installed inside the Barclays Center parking lot. The light is pointed straight toward my building. At first I did not notice it. But, then, I opened my eyes. Light was flooding my bedroom. All night long it illuminates room. I could barely sleep. The light is so intense I can cast a crisp shadow on my back wall (see attached photo).
Please, remove it as soon as possible, or point it towards some other helpless soul to keep them awake all night.

@ 8:30am and still there @ 10:30am Barclays 18 wheel tractor trailer idles for over 2 hrs & parks in & blocks B65 bus stop and blocks resident from using their parking space. There were several more tractor trailer trucks & buses ilding also. see attached photos.
