late night jackhammering 08-26-11

overnight jackhammering by two different teams. no sound attenuation used. work begins roughly at 11:00pm and ends at 5:00am. this has been ongoing and is affecting local residents' ability to sleep. 311 status update is: Please check back later for status.

We do see the severity of the issue regarding this issue.  Please also refer to the forum board http://atlanticyardswatch.net/node/316 and http://atlanticyardswatch.net/node/319as we are trying to create greater awareness regarding this issue and other similar cases.  Hopefully, this sense of urgency can lead to possible mitigation measures.
