early this morning ... jackhammering ... late tonight and probably well into the morning of September 2, 2011. jackhammering. no effort to reduce the decibels. 311 inspector will somehow visit the site and find nothing wrong. attaching video link as proof.

We do see the severity of the issue regarding this issue. Hopefully, this sense of urgency can lead to possible mitigation measures.
