Truck uses Carlton Avenue as an illegal truck route and is given accesses to Barclays Center via Carlton Avenue

Resident forwarded complaint by email stating that at 7:10 am a truck with "some yellow flashy design on cab door" came down Carlton and stopped at the light by Pacific Street where the guard gave him his ticket and signed him in on a clipboard.
