2012-01-29 910 pm Vanderbilt LIRR rail yards left open & unlocked - Pacific street view no workers
The 3 restricted access gates (not public) @ LIRR Vanderbilt rail yards are habitually left open & unlocked at all hours of the day & night creating an potential “attractive nuisance” ….
