Vibrations felt in residential building as heavy equipment works in LIRR Vanderbilt rail yard
Residents @ 700 Pacific St’s 171 unit residential building feel vibrations over many hours as heavy equipment operates in Barclays Arena - Vanderbilt rail yard reconfiguration project. Residents infer that the accelerated working hours 6am to 3am 7 days a week is contributing to the increased number of heavy earth movers operating in the rail yard. see pictures in previous report below.
