IMPACTS: air quality... neighborhood character... noise... parking violation... sanitation... traffic...
18 wheeler loaded with 20 bags of special mix - NY License Plate # AT53794
Brook cab - medford NJ 631 924-1800
left engine running about 1/2 hour while illegally parked on the north side of the street (i. e. 8:30 - 10:00 AM)
departed directly across into the AY construction site - approx. 9:45 AM - based on radio contact with some dispatcher
the driver indicated he had, but did not show, a "construction" permit to be there
