2012-01-29 Sunday Overnight construction & street closure not disclosed on last ESD Construction Alert Post 2 up to 8am

Extended overnight construction, rail yard lights & street closure not disclosed on ESD Construction Alert from 2012-01-28 11pm until 8am 2012-01-29
Nowhere in the last two-week Atlantic Yards Construction Alert, dated 1/16/12, that was distributed by Empire State Development (after preparation by developer Forest City Ratner) indicated that overnight closure of traffic lanes & staging on Atlantic Ave with all night construction with the entire bank of Vanderbilt rail yard lights on was scheduled for Saturday night (2012-01-28)

2011-12-07 ESDC/FCR failure to control rail yard's activities for using high intensity sodium flood lights after 11pm

Lights off @ 3:25 am: time & time again this is another example of how the ESDC fails miserably to enforce FCR/Barclays Arena/Vanderbilt Rail Yards construction contractors to adhere to published Construction Alerts or EIS procedures to protect the local residents against the continued relentless negative impacts from arena/rail yard construction in a residential neighborhood; the rail yard high intensity sodium flood lights are still on after midnight.
