2011-12-05 more reporting rail yard's earlier illumination ESDC/FCR reporting discrepancies

the rail yard’s high intensity sodium flood lights to be on as late as 11:05pm then finally off @ 11:10pm; …. If you look @ the video where is the work be performed? E.g., why does the west end of the yard need to be illumined when clearly there is no work being performed?

ESDC’s Construction Alert’s statement conflict with actual activities in rail yard

Yards Lights • During the week, to facilitate early start and late finish of work, Yard Flood Lights will be turned at 6am and from dusk to 7:30 pm.

2011-10-10 Where is the street lighting on mid-south side Dean St bwt 6th Ave & Flatbush since the arena construction local resident's ask? Local residents are afraid of area because of lack of street lighting since the start of the arena construction.
