00:00 flagger makes white arena box truck reverse SB on Carlton Ave from Pacific St (it would be helpful if the guard/flagger @ Vanderbilt didn’t allow construction vehicles traverse to Carlton Ave immediately to block the exit)

03:00 red truck can’t make turn until SB car reverses enough passed a white passenger van illegally parked on 6th Ave bridge;

Traffic light on the SW corner of Carlton Ave & Pacific St completely torn down. Wayward tractor trailer trucks/oversized loads traveling N on Carlton Ave then turning left (west) to enter the arena can't make the turn safely without 3~4 flaggers helping them maneuver the turn successfully.

The electrical wiring lying on the sidewalk exposed posed an imminent danger to pedestrians.

There are no flaggers, no traffic control to help pedestrians navigate this dense amount of traffic.

If these flatbed tractor trailer trucks were not illegally idling & parked in the incoming traffic lane blocking the LIRR entrance & in the staging area it may alleviate such extreme traffic dangers to local residents. Also note the amount of dust @ 4:18.
