please note that i placed a complaint with 311 this morning due to the excessive drilling taking place across the street on pacific bet 6th and carlton. i was literally shaken out of my bed at about 7:20am. the complaint number is 3405892. inspectors will be sent to the site to investigate. i am concerned that this drilling is doing damage to our building.
