april 26, 2007 I did lodge two complaints with 311, the first one, #1599188 is concerning whether or not the collapse effected air quality, since they are supposedly removing asbestos from the building. My second complaint #3223409 was about our building physically shaking. Anyway, else who felt the collapse, should definately call 311 and err our concerns, so this type of thing doesn't happen again.
